The main objective of the Home Meal Delivery Programme is to support elderly residents of Cascais who are in a situation of temporary or permanent dependency and facing financial hardship. The programme is particularly aimed at:
- Elderly individuals experiencing social isolation.
- People who depend on others for daily activities, such as shopping for and preparing meals.
Who can benefit
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Residence: Be residents of the parishes within the Municipality of Cascais.
- Dependency: Be in a situation of temporary or permanent dependency.
- Financial need: Demonstrate financial hardship.
- Isolation: Live in social isolation or rely on others for daily activities.
How to apply
