The Municipality of Cascais has implemented an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) that has been certified as compliant with ISO 37001:2025 by Quality Austria, in partnership with APCER.

The Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) comprises a set of processes supported by performance indicators, documented procedures, and implemented controls, with the aim of preventing, detecting, and addressing bribery and corruption.

The ABMS is based on the Municipality of Cascais' Anti-Bribery Policy, which reflects the shared commitment that everyone has an active role in fostering a culture of integrity and in preventing and combating bribery.

The performance indicators associated with each process within the ABMS are now available through the dashboard.
