The PB (Participatory Budget) is a municipal initiative designed to encourage informed and responsible public participation in local governance processes. Through it, citizens are invited to decide how a significant portion of the municipal budget is allocated, based on identified needs.
It is an initiative embedded in municipal policy that combines direct and representative democracy, forming a participatory system that fosters active citizenship.
