On June 2022 1st - 2nd, Urban Future took place in Helsingborg, Sweden. The event brought together the world's best specialists in sustainability and counted on with the participation of the Cascais Data team, invited by EISMEA (European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency).
This invitation comes as a follow-up to the award that the municipality received as Innovation Rising City 2021 (2nd place) at the end of last year, which was a recognition of all the work done by Cascais as a laboratory for experimentation of public policies.
Urban Future marks the first face-to-face meeting of iCapital cities, as well as the start of the Alumini Network, which aims to promote greater sharing of experiences and inspirations between the award-winning cities, learning paths and possibilities for collaboration on future joint initiatives.
