Planning and anticipating the future are some of the developed skills in youth entrepreneurship programs. In 2021/22 the students presented 73 projects.
DNA Escolas Empreendedoras is one of the strategic pillars developed by the organization for social and creative entrepreneurship. In addition to the competition "Cascais Young Entrepreneurs", it also includes the "DNA CASCAIS/ Junior Achievement Portugal" and the "DNA CASCAIS Scientists Entrepreneurs".

Take a look at DNA Cascais, a non-profit organisation whose main areas of activity are to promote and stimulate creativity and innovation.
DNA Cascais has a business incubator in Alcabideche, and has supported 424 new companies over the last 14 years, representing 4099 meetings, 2 155 new jobs and 69.1 million euros in overall investment. It also has one of the largest Youth Entrepreneurship programmes in Portugal, and the last 13 years involved more than 49 000 students, 300 teachers and 50 schools from the Cascais municipality.
