Fix Cascais is an application that citizens can use to report, in real time, situations that require resolution by municipal services (such as urban cleaning, water breakages, improper occupation of public paths, etc.)
By accessing the application, citizens mark the location of the situations to be resolved, along with a brief description, which are communicated in real time to the municipal management services. From that moment on, these responses are directed to the services responsible for resolving the situations, and citizens can follow the resolution of the problem, if it is of their interest.
The APP is part of the municipality's citizenship strategy, which invites each citizen (resident or visitor) to collaborate in the construction of a public space with higher quality, in a collaboration of all and for all.
