Rota do Ocidente is a project of Quality of Life - Cascais Smart City
Rota do Ocidente is the new sustainable tourism offer in Cascais, and promotes the contact of all visitors with local resources, from handicraft products to the landscape itself.
It is a pedestrian route that begins in the Great Atlantic Route, between the coastline and the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, over a length of 50 km. To fully enjoy the experience, it can be done over 3 days, and can be combined with various cultural and physical activities promoted by Cascais Ambiente.
