Cascais Ativo is a project of Quality of Life - Cascais Smart City
Cascais Ativo is a municipal program created in 1999 that aims to promote the practice of sports and improve the health of citizens. To do so, it promotes mostly free resources and sports activities that take place throughout the year and all over the municipality.
This program works in partnership with several clubs, sports associations, gyms and other sports entities, so as to provide a dispersed, diversified and easily accessible network for residents of all localities.
